Refund Policy

Free plan usage is complimentary and not refundable.

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period usually remains available until it ends.

If a charge was made in error, or the service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, contact support within 14 days of the charge for review.

Consumed seal allowances and successfully generated sealed files are generally not refundable. Chargebacks for legitimate usage may result in account suspension.

When Paddle becomes the merchant of record, Paddle’s checkout terms may also apply to the purchase; we will update this page accordingly.
